Beautiful steel road bike built by UK-based frame builder Mike Mullett.
Mullett worked as a team mechanic for Raleigh and headed up their Special Bicycle Development Unit in the 1970s and early 80s, before starting his own workshop and producing high quality frames for a number of professional UK cyclists.
This frame was custom built and features chromed lugs, clean decals and original black / white / chrome paintwork. There is no mention of the steel tubeset used but Mullett was known to utilise high-quality Reynolds 753, which I believe was used in this frame. It is in generally very good condition with a few small spots of rust, mostly on the chrome forks.
